These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the AlgoTradingAI platform operated by Burpeebets Private Limited. By accessing the platform, creating an account, logging in, or continuing to use the service after acceptance, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform scope

AlgoTradingAI provides trading signals, research workflows, market analytics, and related tools. Stage 1 is signal-only and does not place live orders by default.

2. No financial advice

Content, signals, stop-loss structures, calculators, commentary, and analytics are informational only. They are not investment, tax, legal, or financial advice, and you remain solely responsible for your decisions.

3. User responsibilities

You must keep your credentials secure, provide accurate account information, comply with applicable laws and broker rules, and independently verify data before acting on it in live markets.

4. Service changes

We may update, suspend, or modify features, integrations, pricing, rate limits, and product access at any time. Third-party market data and broker integrations may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burpeebets Private Limited is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data issues, outages, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
