These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the AlgoTradingAI platform operated by Burpeebets Private Limited. By accessing the platform, creating an account, logging in, or continuing to use the service after acceptance, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform scope

AlgoTradingAI provides trading signals, research workflows, market analytics, and related tools. Stage 1 is signal-only and does not place live orders by default.

2. No financial advice

Content, signals, stop-loss structures, calculators, commentary, and analytics are informational only. They are not investment, tax, legal, or financial advice, and you remain solely responsible for your decisions.

3. User responsibilities

You must keep your credentials secure, provide accurate account information, comply with applicable laws and broker rules, and independently verify data before acting on it in live markets.

4. Service changes

We may update, suspend, or modify features, integrations, pricing, rate limits, and product access at any time. Third-party market data and broker integrations may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burpeebets Private Limited is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data issues, outages, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Communications, data use and consent

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you authorize Burpeebets Private Limited to collect, use, store, and process the personal and contact information you provide, including your name, mobile number, email address, account details, subscription details, and platform-usage information, for operating and improving the AlgoTradingAI platform and for communicating with you.

You agree that we may use this information to send transactional, service, support, security, account, payment, subscription, product-update, and promotional or marketing communications through RCS, WhatsApp, SMS, voice calls, email, and other legally permitted communication channels. These communications may relate to your account, payments, subscriptions, platform features, service updates, offers, educational content, and products or services offered by us.

You may opt out of promotional or marketing communications through the opt-out method provided in the relevant communication or by contacting us. Opting out will not affect transactional, security, payment, account, or other communications that are necessary to provide, administer, protect, or legally operate the service. Communications will be sent subject to applicable law, your communication preferences, and any channel-specific requirements.
